NEIGHBORHOOD

WILLIAMSBURG

Where to Go When You Arrive.

With amazing galleries and restaurants, parks, boutiques, live music, and street art, there’s never a shortage of activities or inspira- tion in Williamsburg, from family fare to grown up fun, from the sophisticated to the surreal.

308 North 7th is at the center of it all.

Meander over to McCarren Park, a ten minute walk due North. Recently renovated and spanning 35 acres, McCarren Park is known as much for its buzzing pool scene and concerts as for its fields and courts.

Stroll West instead and your own block will end at East River State Park, with unrivaled water views and, each Saturday, Smorgasburg, the largest weekly open air food market in America.

308 N7 is also less than a mile from four Michelin-Starred restaurants, two concert halls, four parks in all, several gyms (Equinox and Soul Cycle are mere blocks away), nightlife venues including Union Pool around the corner, top wine bars, and even Whole Foods.

DINING

Brooklyn Brewery - Credited with reviving Brooklyn’s beer industry, Brooklyn Brewery’s Northside hub is open for tours and tastings in the Tasting Room.

Peter Luger - This Michelin-starred steakhouse has been delighting carnivores since 1887. Note to first timers: No credit cards accepted.

Egg - This Williamsburg favorite serves up a memorable breakfast, complete with fresh-baked biscuits and cage-free eggs (naturally).

ATTRACTIONS

McCarren Park - This 35-acre community park is a heart of Williamsburg oasis complete with athletic fields, playgrounds, tennis courts, and the vast McCarren Park Pool.

Smorgasburg - On Saturdays from April to November, this weekly mar- ket on the Williamsburg waterfront at East River State Park showcases the artisan goodness of 100+ local and regional food purveyors.

Williamsburg Bridge - Bike and pedestrian lanes make it easy to head to Manhattan without traversing the more crowded Brooklyn Bridge.
